Race Directors
Lehigh Valley Running Scene (LVRS) offers the following services for running events. The LVRS website has had over 166,000 visits and 1,344,000 page views since its inception in February 2010. It continually strives to be the “go to” resource for running in the greater Lehigh Valley and beyond.
Web Presence
Post your event’s application on the LVRS website. This is especially useful if your event has no official website. LVRS will create an event webpage dedicated to your event with a link to an online race registration. If you have no online registration (example, active.com) LVRS will host a PDF version of your race application for free, included in the cost of creating your web presence. Event web page will be removed from the site one month after your event, a sufficient amount of time to allow for racers to look up their results. Results will be hosted free of charge if we host your event webpage.

Race Application
Have no place to host your race application? LVRS will house your race application on it’s server for a flat $10 fee. Your application will be available for runners to view and download.

Race Results
Post your event’s results on LVRS web site. LVRS will post your results on a Race Results page. Results will be viewable via a PDF document (that you supply) of your race results. Results remain on site for a minimum of 5 years. FREE if we host your event webpage.

Advertising
In the months leading up to your event you may wish to consider advertising on the LVRS website. This should be done in conjunction with your other planned media outlets (posters, fliers, newspaper ads, etc.) Accepted image formats: jpeg, gif, png.
LVRS offers the following advertisement spaces:
125 x 125 px – Price: $15/month
Advert located in right sidebar on website.
800 x 100 px – Price: $30/month
Featured advert above the event calendar. The LVRS event calendar receives the most views on the site on a regular basis than any other page.
Calendar Listing
Free of charge. Please forward the name of the race, date, time, cost, and any other pertinent information to jill@lvrunningscene.com.
