Ortholite Performance Insoles

I have been testing out the OrthoLite Fusion insole for the past month and wanted to share my thoughts about these performance insoles with you. The first thing I did was take my old insoles out of my shoes and compare them side-by-side with the Ortholite insoles. I run in the New Balance 769 model and the insoles which came in these shoes have stood up pretty well to the 390 miles which I had run in them. (I put 23 additional miles on my shoes wearing the OrthoLite insoles.)

Sof Sole Airr Performance & Athlete Insoles

I was sent some Sof Sole socks and insoles in April to test out and review. Sof Sole is owned by parent company Implus Footcare, the company which also owns and manufactures Yaktrax. The socks which I received were the Coolmax Trainer Socks, part of the Coolmax Sock Series. From what I can tell on the Sof Sole website, there are three socks in this particular series: the Coolmax Lite, Coolmax Runner and Coolmax Trainer. The Coolmax Trainer is the thickest and most cushioned of the three.

Timex Ironman Sleek 50-Lap Watch Review

One of the very first purchases I made as a wide-eyed, budding runner back in the spring of 2007 was my very first running watch, a Timex Ironman Sleek 50-Lap model which I picked up for around $50 at Target. What lead me to this purchase was a need to know how long and how far I was running.
