The Lehigh Valley Road Runners sent out an email this week, warning runners of an on-going problem with a bicyclist who has been riding aggresively in Lehigh Parkway. Apparently, this individual has been spotted in the Parkway over the past year. He often rides very fast and tries to intimidate anyone who makes a comment.
The individual biker is a male who is in his late 30′s – mid 40′s. He has very short hair, a stocky build, and rarely wears a bike helmet. He is usually riding very fast and …
