New in 2011! The Christmas City Classic will unveil a new course (due in part to construction on the south side.) The new course will offer several improvements including: Running on Main Street in Bethlehem, running along Monocacy Creek as well as Lehigh River, no longer just an out and back course, this course will offer a more diverse run and no trains!

There will also be music at the start/finish!

2011 marks the 3rd annual Lehigh Valley Zoo 5k. New this year is the addition of a 10k race. There is also a 1 mile Family Walk consisting of an interpretive walk around the zoo. The walk is stroller friendly. You can find more information at the website listed below.

I discovered these delicious sport drink tablets in late February and wrote about them here. I’ve been handing out samples of these at LVRS Happy Hours, at the St. Luke’s Half Marathon race expo, or when I see you around town. Now is your chance to score a 10 count tube of your very own!
