Sarah completed her first triathlon this summer, a goal she had set for herself and was able to check off her busy “to do” list at long last. She keeps busy with three young kids (all under the age of 5 I might add) and runs to stay fit and carve out some personal time each day.

This week’s runner spotlight is a special one. Robyn has been running for the past year and she and her husband were recently married, less than a month ago. Some of you have asked when I would finally do one of these interviews. So, here you go. I love running and I love meeting new people. Running has been so good to me in allowing me to meet other runners and make new friends.
