This week’s Giveaway Contest is sponsored by Blazed Trail Events, an up-and-coming trail racing company in the Lehigh Valley which promises quality events and nothing under 5 miles. This week we will select one winner at random. The winner will receive one free race entry to Henry’s Woods 10k on Saturday, June 11, 2011.

7:30-8:15 – Registration
8:30 – Race Begins
Race entry value: $25.
Gently rolling, wide trails with a short single track section which winds through woods and open meadows in the foothills of the Pocono Mountains. This race is rated Easy according to Blazed Trail Events’ trail rating system, perfect for novice trail runners who are interested in breaking into trail racing. This is also considered a fast course which trail running veterans will love.

I love Jacobsburg park, it is so beautiful. I use to go there as a kid and now I bring my kids there. It would be a great place for my first trail run!
