  An all-women's speed/strength workout group
  -women of all paces looking to get a little stronger and faster, join us
  Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. in the Lehigh Parkway (by the LVRR clubhouse parking lot)
  
  The workouts will include approx. a mile warmup and mile cool down with workouts covering approximately 2-4 miles.

  Time: 6:00 pm
  
  LOCATION: Emmaus
  Join fellow runners for an easy group run each Tuesday night beginning at 6:00 pm. Meet outside of The Finish Line Running Store on The Triangle in Emmaus. (10 South 4th Street, Emmaus.)
  
  All paces welcome - no one left behind at 6:00 pm

- LVRR Group RunLVRR Group Run
  
  Time: 6:00 pm
  
  LOCATION: Lehigh Parkway
  Meet at the LVRR clubhouse. 4-6 miles on cinderpath trails and roads around the Little Lehigh Parkway. 8-11 minute paces.
  
  All paces are welcome and you do not need to be a LVRR member to join the run. at 6:00 pm
- Bear Creek Trail RunsBear Creek Trail Runs
  
  Time: 6:30 pm
  
  LOCATION: Bear Creeks Resort, Macungie
  Bear Creek Mountain Resort and Valley Trail Running will host an exciting new series of trail runs every 2nd and 4th Thursday starting May 24 through August 23rd.
  
  Each run will have at least one guide familiar with the trails to lead the run. Whether you are new to trails or a seasoned veteran come out and join us on the trails. All paces welcome.
  
  Starting in June, these runs will coincide with Bear Creek's Thursday Yuengs and Wings Night with 50-cent wings and 2.00 Yuengs for your post run re-fueling. Also enjoy free live music on the Bear Creek deck 7pm-10pm . It will be acoustic on the 2nd Thursday and full band "Music Under The Stars" free concerts on the 4th Thursdays.
  
  Also starting in June, the 2nd Thursday run will coincide with the already established "Bears and Brews" micro-brew exchange for any participants that want to exchange brews (see Bears and Brews FB page for details).
