The Lehigh Valley Road Runners Summer Series 5k for 2010 kicks off this Wednesday evening. You get four 5k races for $15 or you can pay $5 per race. Either way it’s a steal! Races begin at 6:30 p.m., registration begins at 5:15 p.m. at the LVRR Clubhouse. The Summer Series 5ks are held on the first Wednesday of each month, May through August. BYOB and a covered dish to share for the post-race picnic that follows. This is a great way to meet fellow runners, enjoy a low-key race and it’s certainly a fun family affair – bring your spouse and kids. Applications can be downloaded here.

Aardvark Sports Shops is hosting a Bra & Wine Fest for all you ladies out there. This bra-fitting event takes place Thursday evening, May 6th, from 6:00-9:00 pm. Stop on by for a correct sizing, discounts, giveaways and wine.

Your help is needed in locating water fountains around the Lehigh Valley. I have added the water fountains that I am aware of on the map (below) using blue pins. There are probably more but I need you help in pinpointing them. Thank you.
