St. Luke’s Health Network is presenting a FREE seminar for runners and for those who want to start a running program. You need NOT be a registrant in the St. Luke’s Half Marathon to attend. This is free and open to all, but registration is required.

Are you interested in learning to train for 5ks, half-marathons or marathons?

Join Bart Yasso, Chief Running Officer at Runner’s World, and Budd Coates, Director of Health and Fitness at Rodale Press, as they offer training tips for beginners and intermediate runners. Learn how to train for different kinds of runs/races and how to avoid overuse injuries. Bart and Budd will guide you through the process of peaking for races and maintaining running fitness year-round. Formal program followed by question and answer session.

When: Tuesday, March 23 (7 – 8:30 pm)

1st Floor Education Center at St. Luke’s Hospital – Allentown Campus (East Wing)
